Answer Calls and log tickets for support issues
Troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems
Ensure all support requests are kept up to date and resolution detailed in our Helpdesk ticketing system
Ensure SLA’s are adhered to
Any other duties assigned by your line manager
What you will need:
- · Experience working with Microsoft Technologies
- · Some experience with Firewalls (SonicWALL) ideally but not critical
- · Excellent communication skills
- · Excellent phone manner
- · Experience of working effectively as a team member
- · An Eagerness to learn new technologies
- · Good general knowledge of hardware and software
